Amazing views and warm service

Waking up to the lovely view of St Mark's Square was lovely.

One night, we were disturbed by noise from the bustling area outside our room, including church bells. Our bathtub was a tight squeeze depending on size, which slightly hindered relaxation.

the location was excellant, just next door to restaurants and all touring related questions, and gondola rides, safety and places to eat. plus it was 10 mins drive from bacino orseolo.

We had a truly memorable stay at this luxurious and gorgeous hotel. The employees were kind and absolutely perfect. The location was marvellous and unbeatable for traveling around Venice, short walk to museums, shops, galleries, gondolas and water buses and the fabulous San Marco square...

My room was beautifully decorated in shades of sapphire blue, and the location couldn't be more perfect-just steps away from the historic attractions.

The place is incredibly beautiful, the staff are incredibly friendly.

This hotel offers a good breakfast with the bacon eggs, silver trays...

Consider bringing your own pillows for a more comfortable sleep, as the ones provided are quite firm.

It was just an appropriate option for a weekend vacation in Venice with value for money. The staff was very attentive, giving us great tips on where to eat nearby. Bring your own coffee if you enjoy it first thing in the morning.

The kids enjoyed being so close to everything, especially the cultural spots like La Fenice Opera House. The rooms were quite nice, and our family felt comfortable. The staff was fantastic and quickly arranged a room change for us.

In my wife's opinion, the air conditioning could be improved.

The view from my beautiful double room with san marco square view was fine. The location was perfect for exploring the area and the staff was super helpful throughout our family holiday.

The room we stayed in was stunningly furnished, and we loved the amazing view of the bustling square. The staff were very good with their helpful advice.

The stay offered a fantastic view of St Mark's Basilica. The location is unparalleled, providing easy access to shopping, dining, and cultural landmarks. The hard pillows made for an uncomfortable sleep, and mosquitoes became a problem when the window was left open by staff, leading to multiple bites overnight. While breakfast included some enjoyable artisan bread, it was served in a separate location, a bit inconvenient.

This place is in a great location near water buses, cafes, museums, shops, galleries, gondolas.

The rooms here are fantastic, complete with marble bathrooms and a bathtub, and the night shift staff is accommodating and friendly.

The hotel was beautiful and in a very central location. Overall it was luxury and perfect with a view. - An electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and climate control were available in the room.
